Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will attract 100% cancellation charges.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 working days and credited to the original payment method.

No physical shipping is involved. All services including room stays, meals, and transfers are delivered at The Oasis Hotel, Vadodara.
